Volunteer

Volunteers are at the heart of everything that we do: from Surface & Symbol, the SAC bi-monthly newspaper, to Art in the Park and SAC Annual Juried Show, volunteers are there! SAC benefits from the help and support of volunteers in presenting art exhibitions, workshops, outdoor events, youth programs, digital art initiatives and a host of other activities. Volunteers benefit from new experiences, gain skills and contribute to the health and vitality of their community. Truly a good relationship for all involved!

Volunteers contribute to the SAC in a range of areas, and there are many opportunities for community members to get involved. Volunteers assist us in preparing Surface & Symbol for distribution, coordinating events and programs, assisting with event and exhibit setup and take down and administration at the SAC office.
